CNC Machining

Every fitting is finished on CNC turning centres that hold tolerances to the fraction of a millimetre, giving a precise, reliable fit on every piece. The same precision lets us machine marine-grade alloys and produce custom, one-off parts to a customer's drawing.

Advanced Passivation Process

Our marine hardware undergoes a rigorous chemical cleaning and passivation process. By removing free surface iron and fully restoring the natural chromium oxide layer, we ensure absolute protection against severe saltwater corrosion.
